Nothing screams Christmas louder than gingerbread in my opinion. To be even more specific would be gingerbread cookies. I mean think about it… gingerbread is all things Christmas. We even make super fun gingerbread houses during Christmas…. yep Gingerbread = Christmas.

So, we decided to make a traditional drink recipe with an amazing Christmas twist. Yep, the Gingerbread White Russian. White Russians are a classic winter drink and we figured why wouldn’t we want to take a classic amazing, and one of our favorite, drinks and create Christmas goodness?

Well, that is exactly what we did. So lets get into exactly how to make the Gingerbread White Russian.

Gingerbread White Russian Recipe:

Ingredients

• 1 ounce Vodka

• 2 ounces coffee liqueur

  • We like Kahlua

• 2 ounces of heavy whipping cream

• 1 teaspoon of Gingerbread Syrup

Directions:

• Grab your favorite cocktail glass

• Fill glass with ice

• Add Vodka

• Add Torani syrup and Kahlua

• Top with milk to taste

• Add a cinnamon stick for garnish

• Enjoy!
  

Serving Size:

• Serves 1 adult

If you want to make your own gingerbread syrup check out this recipe:

• 1/4 cup honey

• 1/3 cup water

• 3 tbsp. molasses

• 2 tsp minced ginger

• 2 cinnamon sticks

• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions: Boil water, honey, molasses, ginger, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Stir for 3 minutes and then remove from heat. Add vanilla and let cool.
